Karen Natasha Life Coach  session is based on the foundation of positive psychology. The foundation of a good coaching relationship is trust and authenticity both equally important during our coaching sessions.


A life coach helps you achieve your personal and professional goals. With a clear define and an actual plan with accountability which can lead you to living a more fulfilled purpose. Your life coach will focus on what is going on in your life, and areas that may need some more redefining or clarity.  A life coach provides an unbiased approach, no judgement or blame, their role is to strictly help you to find your own answers. A life coach targets the issue and follows through with a plan of action. We co-create a plan on improving your situation and all areas of your life. It’s combining all the areas of your life that need fulfillment. Having a life coach is a process of self discovery, awareness, educations, support to help you find passion, purpose and fulfillment. Life has a way of knocking us down what better way to help you through it than to have someone wholeheartedly supporting you on the sidelines.
